BUILDVENTORY

Inventory Management by Kragos ERP

How we collect, use, and protect data across the Kragos ERP mobile application — built for real estate development and construction companies to manage project inventory, procurement, and on-site workforce attendance.

1Scope & who this covers

Kragos ERP — Inventory Management ("the App") is an internal operations tool purpose-built for real estate development and construction companies. Authorized employees, site supervisors, and administrators use it to manage real estate construction projects, building material inventory, procurement (purchase orders and goods-received notes), supplier bills, and on-site workforce attendance.

This policy explains what data the App collects on your device, why, and how it is handled. It applies to everyone who signs in to the App with company-issued credentials to work on the company's real estate projects, regardless of assigned role (Store Keeper, Supervisor, or Admin).

2Information we collect

Account & profile information

When you sign in, we process your name, phone number, employee/role designation, and authentication credentials, so the App can show the correct navigation, permissions, and assigned projects for your role.

Attendance photos

When a Supervisor or Admin marks attendance for a worker on a real estate construction site, the App uses the device camera to capture a check-in photo, which is uploaded and stored against that attendance record as proof of presence on site.

Location data

At the moment attendance is marked, the App reads your device's precise location so the check-in can be geotagged, confirming the worker was present at the real estate project site. This coordinate is displayed back to Supervisors/Admins on an in-app site map when reviewing attendance history.

Real estate project & procurement data

The App transmits and stores the data you create or view while managing real estate projects: construction sites/projects, building material inventory, material requests/orders, supplier quotations, purchase orders, goods-received notes (GRNs), and supplier bills. This data belongs to the associated Real Estate Company and is not personal data about you, except where it references you as the requester, assignee, or approver of a record.

Device & diagnostic data

Each request to our servers includes a device-agnostic app version identifier, used only to diagnose compatibility issues and is not linked to advertising identifiers.

3Permissions we request

The table below lists every device permission the App requests, and why.

Permission Used for Shared with third parties
Camera Capturing the attendance check-in photo at the moment a Supervisor/Admin marks a worker present on a real estate project site. Not shared
Precise Location Precise geotagging of attendance check-ins at real estate project sites; showing the check-in location on the in-app site map. Not shared
Approximate Location Fallback location accuracy when precise location is unavailable or restricted by the device. Not shared
Photos / Media Library Letting a user pick an existing photo (e.g. profile photo, construction material reference image) from their device gallery. Not shared
Internet Access All app functionality — the App is a thin client that requires network access to our API to run real estate project workflows. Not shared

You can review or revoke Camera, Location, and Photos/Media permissions at any time from your device's system settings for the App. Revoking a permission may disable the corresponding feature (e.g. you cannot mark attendance with a photo if Camera access is denied).

4How we use your information

We do not use camera, location, or attendance data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to real estate project and workforce management.

5Storage & security

Authentication tokens are stored using the device's encrypted secure storage (Android Keystore-backed encrypted preferences / iOS Keychain) — never in plain text. A small local cache of real estate project inventory, cart, and order data is kept on-device to make the App responsive and usable on slow connections at construction sites with limited connectivity, and is cleared on sign-out.

Data in transit between the App and our servers is sent over HTTPS. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel of the associated Real Estate Company on a need-to-know basis.

6Third-party services

The attendance map view renders using OpenStreetMap map tiles to show real estate project site locations. Loading a map screen sends the visible map coordinates and your device's IP address to OpenStreetMap's tile servers, subject to the OpenStreetMap Foundation's privacy policy. No attendance, employee, or business data is sent to OpenStreetMap — only the coordinates needed to draw the map tile.

We do not integrate any advertising or analytics SDKs that track you across other apps or websites.

7Data sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. Information collected through the App is shared only:

8Data retention & deletion

Attendance records, including photos and location data, are retained for as long as required for payroll, compliance, and audit purposes, in line with the associated Real Estate Company's internal records-retention policy. Real estate project records (inventory, orders, bills) are retained for the operational and statutory lifetime of the associated construction project.

Locally cached data on your device is removed when you sign out or uninstall the App.

9Your rights & choices

10Children's privacy

The App is a workplace tool intended solely for authorized adult employees and contractors. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under the age of 18.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App's features evolve. Material changes will be communicated to users in-app or through your organization's internal channels before they take effect.
